Working with children has been a passion of Aisling's since she graduated form high school! Because of that, she has found herself working with children for the last 8 years, 4 of those years working directly with children diagnosed with Autism.

Her passion for her work took off as soon as she realized the benefit she contributed, not only to the children's lives but also to their families. She has continued her training by pursuing an MA in ABA, Special Education, and continued her passion in the ABA field as a Clinical Resident.

Her purpose and passion are to help make a family's life easier through individualized, realistic approaches and solutions.

Patty is a Mom, Behavioral Specialist, and a Parent Coach.  She is fluent in English and Spanish.  She is passionate about working with parents and children. Annagjid (pronounced ah-nah-key) is passionate about helping families gain the skills to ensure that their child is able to utilize coping skills, conflict resolution, and use functional communication to have a healthy development of tools that can be used throughout their life. She has worked with children for 9 years and also has a 3 year old. She has dedicated her career to ensuring families have the tools to ensure that their child excels.

Marissa's passion is to assist individuals with mental health, behavior, and special needs, dating to her adolescent years. There was a lack of resources and professional expertise for individuals who suffered from special needs in the environment she was raised in. Marissa was determined to research, educate herself, gain experience, and advocate for those who needed it most. 

She's been servicing children and adolescents for 9 years through mentorship, intensive therapy, assessment, and building behavior plans for growth and success. She credits her parents and family for playing a vital role in her upbringing and who she is today. Her goal is to help parents navigate challenging behaviors their child might be displaying by educating and equipping them with the proper tools and resources for success.

During your first session with a behavior specialist, you will go over the following:

1. The information you shared about your child's behaviors
2. Your child's strengths and challenges
3. Possible reasons for the behavior issues
4. Goals to help improve your child's behaviors

An experienced early childhood specialist who has worked with both parents and educators in implementing strategies to deal with behavioral issues.  A mom of 4 boys herself, Brianne has a degree in early childhood education as well as a graduate degree in early childhood services.  

Brianne specializes in working with children between the ages of birth to age 8.  Through her experience and background, Brianne can help you develop a personalized plan to help your child with behavior issues that are being seen at school or in the home.

Bailey is an experienced Clinical Healthcare worker with a proven history of demonstrating skills utilizing a multidimensional approach. She has established strong communication skills throughout her years of experience in working with parents and providers in mental health care. Her skill sets include providing service coordination, consumer care, supervision and implementation of treatment plans, intake and referral assessments, early intervention, behavioral therapy, crisis intervention, developmental assessments, therapy supervision, parent training, and RBT training. She has an MS in Clinical Psychology and counseling psychology and a BA in psychology and Spanish.
