About

Sabrina has been in your shoes before! After becoming a mom in 2011, she was at a loss and had no idea what to do to get her baby to sleep. Sabrina turned to pediatricians, family, and books for advice, but it was learning from a sleep consultant that turned Sabrina’s own life around. This ultimately inspired Sabrina to pursue a career as a Pediatric Sleep Consultant. Now she supports and educates parents toward reaching their child's sleep goals, leaving them feeling empowered, relieved, and rested.
