Rasheedah has over twenty years of experience working with children and adults with developmental disabilities, including 13 years as a Preschool Disabled Teacher in public schools. She is also a Behavior/ABA Therapist and a Child Development Specialist for Early Intervention. Rasheedah has experience with children and families from varied cultures and socioeconomic backgrounds. Deeply committed to advocating for individuals with special needs, specifically ASD.  Her passion is working in early childhood - she loves learning through play with her "littles" and coaching families in developmentally appropriate (and fun) practices.

Working with children has been a passion of Aisling's since she graduated form high school! Because of that, she has found herself working with children for the last 8 years, 4 of those years working directly with children diagnosed with Autism.

Her passion for her work took off as soon as she realized the benefit she contributed, not only to the children's lives but also to their families. She has continued her training by pursuing an MA in ABA, Special Education, and continued her passion in the ABA field as a Clinical Resident.

Rehan is a board-certified behavior analyst who specializes in behavioral issues and functional skill building during early childhood development. He helps with picky eating, pica, joint attention skills, social skills, plays skills, communication, and much more. He is passionate about what he does as he also experienced behavioral issues with his son.

Patty is a Mom, Behavioral Specialist, and a Parent Coach.  She is fluent in English and Spanish.  She is passionate about working with parents and children.  Patty uses her knowledge and expertise to help parents implement intervention activities, monitor the development of children, and also provide parents with the knowledge they need to care for their children.

Marissa's passion is to assist individuals with mental health, behavior, and special needs, dating to her adolescent years. There was a lack of resources and professional expertise for individuals who suffered from special needs in the environment she was raised in. Marissa was determined to research, educate herself, gain experience, and advocate for those who needed it most. 

She's been servicing children and adolescents for 9 years through mentorship, intensive therapy, assessment, and building behavior plans for growth and success. She credits her parents and family for playing a vital role in her upbringing and who she is today. Her goal is to help parents navigate challenging behaviors their child might be displaying by educating and equipping them with the proper tools and resources for success.

An experienced early childhood specialist who has worked with both parents and educators in implementing strategies to deal with behavioral issues.  A mom of 4 boys herself, Brianne has a degree in early childhood education as well as a graduate degree in early childhood services.  

Brianne specializes in working with children between the ages of birth to age 8.  Through her experience and background, Brianne can help you develop a personalized plan to help your child with behavior issues that are being seen at school or in the home.
